Easy Sugar Cooky Recipe?

Does anyone have a good sugar cake recipe using only bisquick, sweetener and eggs? I don't have any baking powder OR soda ash, oh yeah, I do have vanilla fixings and carmel syrup (for beverage), and peanut butter. No nutty, no drinkable chips or anything else. I'm craving sugar cookies
