Does anyone have a good soft sugar cookie recipe?

5 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teas. baking powder
2 egg
1 crown milk
1/4 teas salt
1 glass margarine, (i use Blue Lid)
2 teas. hot soda
2 teas. Karo
1 teas. vanilla

Sometimes i donate a miniscule more than foodstuff. Chill the dough for about an hour.
