cut out sweetener cooky formula?

My mother-in-law gave me a butter cookie (just like sugar cookie) formula i.e. a huge hit
2 cups Butter, modulated
1 ½ cup Sugar
4 Egg yolks (save whites)
2 tsp Vanilla
4 ½ cup Unbleached foodstuff
½ tsp Salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. With an electric mixer cream together butter & sugar
3. Add egg yolks & vanilla and mix cured
4. Sift flour & brackish together and into butter mixture (1/2 cup at a time) until well mixed
5. Cut dough in half. Fold in plastic
