SOFT DROP SUGAR COOKIES

1 cup sugar
1/2 mug butter
1 ovum
1/3 glass sour cream
1 tbs vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp hot soda
