Soft, casual to trademark sugar cookies?

Every my sugar cookie recipes have eggs and shortening/butter.
But if you don't brain a cake suchlike cookie you can exclude the fat. You can use a 1/4 to a 1/2 medal of oil if you poverty some of the cookie texture though.
