Does somebody have a really solid mushy sweetener cooky recipe?

Well, this really is not a direction, but I love watching Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee. She gets a roll of sweetener biscuit mixture from the store and cuts it in 4 pieces so puts it in a gallon size fixing bag. Past, she adds 1/4 cup foodstuff to it and mushes it all together.
