Does everybody have a good YIELDING sugar cookie formula?

I'm looking all for a soft sugar cookie recipe. Please don't send away me a link unless it's something you've used & know tastes really good. Some soft sugar cake recipes are really bland. I fulfil plan on icing the cookies, only I still want them to swallow good flat. Thanks
