Cut Out Sugar Cookie Direction?

Hello!
I was curious if anyone had a good cut-out sweetener cake recipe... preferably something you have tried yourself and has worked.... I want something that has a great essence, not so sticky so it is glib to roll.... and are woolly and tough when they are finished hot.....
