Soft Sugar Cookie Recipe??

I am wanting to bake sugar cookies this week/next week. I like soft cookies and I make my m&m cookies with 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of spread, which within turn makes them be to be very soft. But, I am wanting to know whether anyone has a great sweetener cookie recipe that'll be soft??
